Desk Cove is an authorized Google Workspace reseller. We move your mailboxes across without downtime,
wire up SPF, DKIM and DMARC properly, and then stay on the line — so your team never has to think

Why teams anchor here
Everything Google gives you, plus the part they don't.
Buying licences is the easy bit. What decides whether Workspace actually works for your
team is the migration, the DNS, the admin policy and who picks up when something breaks at 6am. That's the part we own.
01
Better than buying direct
Reseller agreements let us structure licensing around how your headcount actually moves — seasonal
hires, contractors, a whole department added mid-quarter. You get consolidated invoicing, flexible
terms and a commercial contact who knows your account instead of a self-serve billing page.
02
Migration handled by people
Mail, calendars, contacts and shared drives come across with folder structure, permissions and
history intact. We run a pilot group first, cut over out of hours, and keep dual delivery running
until every mailbox is confirmed clean. No self-service wizard, no lost threads.
03
Deliverability configured
SPF, DKIM and DMARC published, aligned and monitored — plus MX, autodiscover and any third-party
senders like your CRM, invoicing tool or marketing platform. We move DMARC from monitoring to
enforcement gradually, so nothing legitimate ever gets caught in the net.
04
24/7 human support
Reach a named engineer by phone, email or chat at any hour — including weekends and public
holidays. No tiered script, no bouncing between regions. Critical issues get a response inside
fifteen minutes and an owner who stays with the ticket until it closes.
Google Workspace editions
Four editions. One team that knows which one you need.
We size the plan to the work, not the logo.
Most teams end up mixing editions — frontline staff on Starter, client-facing people on Standard,
leadership on Plus. Tell us how your team is shaped and we'll map it out, including any Gemini
add-ons that make sense for you.
Business Starter
For small teams getting professional email and collaboration in place.
Not sure where you land? Send us your headcount
and we'll come back with a plan mix, a migration timeline and a written proposal — usually within one business day.
Migration from Microsoft 365, Gmail or anywhere else
Exchange Online, on-prem Exchange, IMAP hosts, Zoho, another Google tenant — we've moved them all.
You get a written migration plan, a pilot batch, an out-of-hours cutover window and dual delivery
while DNS propagates. Shared mailboxes become delegated accounts or groups, distribution lists are
recreated, and calendar invites keep their organisers. Nothing gets left behind on the old server.
Admin console set up the way it should be
Organisational units mirroring your real structure, groups with sensible ownership, sharing
policies that don't quietly leak documents, mobile device rules, alerting on suspicious sign-ins,
and a proper offboarding runbook so leavers are archived rather than deleted. We hand over
documentation your IT lead can actually read.
Deliverability that survives contact with reality
We audit every system that sends on your behalf, publish a single clean SPF record that stays
under the lookup limit, sign with DKIM at 2048-bit, then move DMARC from p=none through
quarantine to reject while watching the aggregate reports. If your invoices
or quotes were landing in junk before, this is usually the fix.
Gemini in Workspace, rolled out properly
AI in Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet and Vids is only useful if people know what to do with it.
We enable it on eligible editions, set the data-handling policies your legal team will ask about,
and run short practical sessions for each department — sales, finance, ops — so adoption goes
beyond the first week's novelty.
Local billing and invoicing you can hand to finance
One consolidated invoice in your own currency, with your purchase-order references, tax details
and cost-centre breakdown already on it. Add or remove seats mid-term and it reconciles on the next
cycle. Annual, quarterly or monthly billing — whichever your finance team prefers, not whichever
a checkout page allows.
A dedicated account manager who knows your setup
You get a named person with your domain, your org chart and your history in front of them — not a
queue. They run your quarterly review, flag licence waste before renewal, brief you on edition
changes that affect you, and escalate straight into Google's partner channels when an issue needs
to go further than tier one.
How it works
Three steps from first email to fully settled.
Most teams are live within a week. Larger migrations take longer, but the shape of the
work is always the same — understand, move, watch.
1
A short discovery call
Thirty minutes. We look at your current provider, headcount, domains, shared mailboxes and any
compliance obligations, then send a written proposal with a recommended edition mix and a timeline.
Current mail platform audited
Domains and DNS reviewed
Written proposal, no obligation
2
We migrate and configure
Tenant provisioned, users and groups created, a pilot batch moved and verified, then the full
cutover in a window that suits you. DNS, deliverability records and admin policies all go in as part
of the same piece of work.
Mail, calendar, contacts, drives
SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX published

3
You settle in, we stay close
Onboarding sessions for your team, a documented handover for IT, then ongoing support around the
clock. Your account manager checks in through the first month and reviews licensing before every
renewal so you never pay for seats nobody uses.

Security & deliverability
A sheltered inbox is a secured one.
Spoofed domains, credential phishing and quietly over-shared documents are the
three ways most small businesses actually get hurt. Every Desk Cove deployment closes all three before
we call it finished — and we keep watching afterwards.
Published, aligned and validated across every sending source, then moved to an enforcing policy in
stages. Aggregate reports are monitored so a new tool never silently breaks your alignment.
Two-step verification
Enforced organisation-wide with enrolment periods, exception handling and hardware security keys
for admins and finance — the two groups attackers actually go after.
Data loss prevention
Rules that catch card numbers, tax identifiers and confidential document labels before they leave
the organisation — warning, blocking or quarantining depending on how strict you need to be.
Admin controls and audit
Least-privilege admin roles, device management, external sharing policy, retention rules through
Vault and alerting that reaches a human — not just a dashboard nobody opens.
In their words
The migration nobody had to talk about afterwards.
Three teams who moved to Google Workspace with Desk Cove — and what changed once the
dust settled.
“
We had eleven years of mail on an old Exchange box and everyone assumed the move would be
a disaster. Desk Cove ran a pilot on the finance team first, cut the rest over on a Saturday night,
and on Monday the only thing anyone noticed was that search finally worked.
Half our quotes were going to spam and we'd stopped noticing. Desk Cove rebuilt our SPF
record, signed everything with DKIM and walked DMARC up to enforcement over six weeks. Reply rates
went up before we'd changed a single word of the actual emails.
EFElena FournierHead of Revenue, Bright Ferry“
I'm a one-person IT department for sixty people. Having a named engineer who already knows
our org units and sharing policies means I stop being the bottleneck. Last time we had an issue at
eleven at night, someone picked up on the second ring.

It depends on how many people you have, which editions they need and whether you want annual or
flexible commitment terms. Request a quote and we'll share pricing tailored to your team size,
along with a recommended edition mix and the migration work included.
No. We copy mail into the new tenant while your old system is still receiving, then switch MX
records during an agreed window — usually overnight or over a weekend. Dual delivery stays on
until DNS has fully propagated and every mailbox is confirmed complete, so nothing bounces and
nothing is stranded on the old server.
Folder structure, labels, calendar events with their original organisers, contacts and shared
drive permissions all come across. We reconcile item counts mailbox by mailbox before we sign off.
Identical. Same products, same features, same Google infrastructure and the same admin console.
Desk Cove is an independent authorized reseller — we're not Google, and we don't run any part of
the service. What you get on top is the migration, the configuration, consolidated local billing,
a named account manager and round-the-clock support from our team as well as Google's.
Yes — it's one of the most common projects we run. Exchange Online, hybrid or on-premises
Exchange, IMAP-based hosts, Zoho and other Google tenants are all supported. Shared mailboxes
become delegated accounts or Google Groups, distribution lists are rebuilt, room resources are
recreated, and OneDrive or SharePoint content moves into Drive and shared drives with
permissions preserved.
We also handle the awkward parts: mail-enabled public folders, legacy applications that
authenticate against the mail server, and the third-party tools quietly sending on your domain.
Phone, email or chat, 24 hours a day, every day of the year — including weekends and public
holidays. Critical issues get a first response inside fifteen minutes, and a named engineer owns
the ticket until it's resolved rather than passing it between shifts. Where something needs to go
further, we escalate directly through Google's partner channels on your behalf.
Your account manager also runs periodic reviews: licence usage, security posture, edition
changes that affect you and anything worth cleaning up before renewal.
Yes. Adding seats takes minutes and they're provisioned the same day. Reductions depend on
whether you're on a flexible or committed term, and we'll walk you through the trade-off between
the two before you choose. Either way, changes reconcile on your next invoice — no separate
checkout, no surprise line items — and your account manager reviews usage ahead of renewal so
you're not carrying seats for people who left.
Get started
Let's get your team into calmer water.
Tell us your headcount and where your email lives today. We'll send back an edition recommendation,
a migration plan and a written quote — usually within one business day.
